Forensic Building Science attended the Win the Storm (WTS) Conference, which took place March 14-16 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. The 3-day event included speakers and networking. WTS attendees include general contractors, restoration companies, public adjusters, attorneys, technology companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry entrepreneurs.
WTS features expert speakers and breakout sessions on topics including technology, AI, solar, insurance, sales, business growth, supply chains, regulatory changes, and more.

WTS keynote speakers included James Lawrence, Tim Grover, and LaShawn Merritt. Lawrence is known as the “Iron Cowboy” and was featured in the documentary Iron Cowboy: The Story of the 50-50-50. Grover is a trainer, mentor, and advisor to sports’ greatest icons including Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Charles Barkley, Russell Wilson, and Aaron Donald. Grover is the author of the New York Times bestselling WINNING: The Unforgiving Race to Greatness and RELENTLESS: From Good to Great to Unstoppable, and ESPN and Netflix featured him in the documentary The Last Dance. Merritt has 12 overall medallions combined across the Olympics and World Championships. Beyond his achievements on the track, Merritt is a compassionate philanthropist and motivational speaker.
