IRVING, Texas — Forensic Building Science, Inc. (FBS) will present at the Storm Restoration Contractor (SRC) Summit, taking place Feb. 4-6 at the Irving Convention Center. Bridget Como, FBS director of business development, and Jim Irmiter, building consultant, will lead a breakout session titled “Looking through the Lens: Forensic Analysis to Determine Causation and Scope.” This session will provide valuable insights on accurately determining the cause and scope of damages in storm restoration projects.
The SRC Summit is an annual gathering of leaders in the insurance restoration industry, offering a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
“We’re excited to bring our expertise to the SRC Summit and share how forensic analysis can provide invaluable insights into determining causation and scope. Our goal is to empower contractors and industry professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate complex claims and achieve accurate resolutions,” says Como.
The breakout session will be held on Feb. 6 from 9:40 to 10:10 a.m. Como and Irmiter will provide an overview of building code requirements and the forensic methods used to assess damages, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
